Fundraising Information


Surf's Up Candle's Fundraising Program is a quick, easy alternative to candies and sweets! Our goal is to make you the most money with as little stress as possible. Our products are the highest quality and sell themselves. Give our fundraising program a try and you'll be hooked! 

We offer two different fundrasisng options:
In Person Selling and Online Selling
In person earns your organization 50% profit | Online earns 45% profit!


In Person Selling forms feature our top selling scents in 16oz and 8oz Mason Jar Candles. Your organziation can run their sale for their preferred length of time. Once your sale is over, you can email or call in your order totals. We will invoice you for our portion. Orders take approxmatly 2 weeks to fullfill. Payment will be due at time of pickup. Order shipping is available for a fee and must be arranged when order is placed. We do not seperate individual orders, so please allow your organization the time needed to do so.

Online selling is a brand new option! Just like our in person selling option, your organization can choose your dates and length of time, the only difference is that each person can order individually from our new Fundraising Website where our entire product line is available! Once your dates are set, we will create a unique code just for your organization. This code MUST be entered at checkout and is only valid on our Fundraising website. Each person ordering can choose to pick up their order themselves at our Belmar, NJ store, or have it shipped for a small fee. Orders are usually processed in 5-10 days. Once your sale is over, we will tally the orders linked to your code and issue you a fundraiser report and check within 30 days.

Pickup Orders

All customers that select the Pick Up option on checkout are resposible for picking up their orders within 7 days from the time that they receive their pickup notification. If an order is not picked up within this time frame, the order will be returned to stock and the order total will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The remaining amount will be awarded to the customer in the form of a store credit that is only applicable to our main website.
